Meet three-month-old siblings Midnight and Jerry (aka Noone).
So adorable. Are they rescues or does the mom belong to you? Is Midnight he or she? Inquiring minds want to know!
Very Cute!
So sweet when they like each other and snuggle together and stuff. Of all the cats I’ve had, I’ve never had a bonded pair. Jealous.
They’re from Last Chance Animal Rescue and Midnight is female.
Ai-ai-ai. Every time I see kitties who don’t absolutely hate each other I’m always a bit jealous. Every time I ever have more than one kitty under a roof, they pretty much hate each other; if I’m lucky, they eventually decide to grumblingly tolerate each other.
Lovely kitties, best of luck to all of you!
Yay! More Doper kittehs. They’re beautiful.
Awww, cuties.
Midnight appears to be giving someone a stinkeye.
As only a black kitteh can. They are lovely.
Apparently these two have been trying to drown their toy mice. Lately we’ve been finding soggy toy mice scattered about the place, sometimes still in the water dish.
Our [del]masters[/del] monsters try to drown all their toys. Rarely does a day go by that I don’t have to remove a flutterball or fuzzy toy from one of the water dishes.
I’ve heard of cats dunking their catnip-stuffed toys, basically making tea with them. Any chance of that here? Do the mice have catnip in them?
Cats.
Are there more pictures? It’s been 2 months.
AFAIK, the catnip ones have yet to be dunked.
Sure, but they’re not uploaded anywhere. Yet.
Here’s Midnight on the balcony, in the shade of my bicycle & cover, a few days ago.
An image of her brother from the same day is over here.
I always felt that, if one got a pair of cats, they should be named Kobayashi and Maru.
I’ll let you draw the conclusion why.
We’ve decided it’s time to find Midnight a new feline friend, going to visit a six-year-old in foster care this weekend. Will update.
ETA: first there’s a visit with the kitty and at least one of her foster parents, then an interview with the rescue foundation; if all goes well, there will be an adoption fee and a new kitty sometime next week.
We’ve been lucky that our three furballs get along. Vash was a hissy crankypuss at first when we introduced the new kitten Delenn, but he came around fairly quickly and started following her around to see what she’d do next.
