Ugly product logos/mascots

What are your suggestions for the ugliest, most amaturish, or flat out worst product logos - hopefully for a somewhat major product?

I nominate, the Utz girl. I recently switched my pretzel loyalty from Snyder’s to Utz. I find it hard to believe someone actually paid money for this cartoon figure. It has apparently been used for nearly 50 years.

What is your opinion of the Utz girl, or your suggestions of other poor “mascots”?

Larry H Parker Law Firm. While they are mascots in only the loosest sense, they are ugly. Even if they are successful ‘in 95% of our cases’.

Ever time I see a sign for Kumon tutoring services, I think “I don’t know what the face of success looks like, but THAT can’t be it…”

That IS astounding!

The famous ‘Lisa Simpson giving a blowjob’ logo.

Local plumbing place. Shirtless Muscle Man riding a Snake. Sorry. Not working for me.

In 1976, “the marvelous magical Burger King”, played by Dick Gjonola, was fun.
The 2003 version, played by an mime in a plastic mask, was creepy.

This TSA logo is wrong for many reasons. Yet descriptive of the Trump Administration.

:dubious: That’s not a real logo, that is just someone trying to be funny. Did you actually think that was real? And it was created in 2008, so has nothing to do with Trump.

And that is why you don’t take clickbait articles as truth.

Imgur

Its not a clickbait article. They are a logo design firm using horrible logos as examples of what not to do. However, you could be right that the TSA logo was fake.

For a Russian travel agency:

Maybe they were thinking of the German word “Fahrt”? :dubious:

Man - I’d LOVE to see that emblazoned across the side of a panel van!

“Fart” in Swedish means “speed”, so maybe they’re targeting Scandinavians. It’s certainly odd sounding to this English speaker, and seeing “Fart kontrol” road signs do tend to bring out the inner eight year old.

I don’t know if I’d call it ugly, but I’ve always thought the United Airlines (and formerly Continental Airlines) globe logo looked really bland and corporate. I wish they’d kept the old United “tulip” logo.
