Uncommon celebrity crushes

No, but I’ll be sure to check it out if I ever get the chance.

a lot of women like Mick Jagger but probably mostly for his large … bank account.

Jagger is/was a good looking guy though and a fantastic vocalist, so you can’t really say that would be an “uncommon” crush, except maybe for people under 40.

By first name, though. I just looked through the folder I keep them all in. Added a couple more yesterday, actually. Hayley Atwell; Lindy Booth; and Emily Bett Rickards.

(Also added Jennifer Lawrence, who does not count as “uncommon”)

I’ve been watching “Vikings” and Katherine Winnick is my current celeb crush. Jessalyn Gilsig is pretty nice too.

Forgot to include a link. Katheryn Winnick as Lagertha

Vikings compilation

I have a thing for David Thewlis.

Sudden, new crush, Philomena Cunk. Her expensive vocabulary! Her deep knowledge historologizing! That mole on her throat that you’d think she’d have removed!

Oh, NSFW

There are two option for “uncommon.”

  1. Few people know that person. For many that was what they went for.
  2. Below (or well below) average physical attractiveness for basically everyone (e.g. Conchata Ferrell) that you somehow like. At least for the women, none are that.

Most, for the women, have gone for either less-than-spectacualrly hot (Marissa Haritgay) but still beautiful, or cute (Miucci), but non are “man, you need glasses; pronto”.
I’d say that Sarah Rue (when she was fat) could’ve qualified in my view. Even then she had big boobs and a pretty face, but she wasn’t Samantha Hoopes.

Lindy Booth. If anyone wants to know my ideal woman it’s Lindy Booth.

Jean Bruce Scott (Who played Maggie Poole on Magnum PI) sexy woman in uniform.

Jennifer Finnegan who’s just so cute.

Has anyone else noticed how many of our crushes are gingers? I thought the universal belief is that they are ugly.

Red hair doesn’t always work, but when it does it works very, very well.

That is absolutely hilarious! “The United Britain of Great Kingdom.” “The second crudest hill in British history, after Benny.”

“Britain was free at last to explore its own proud destiny, and it did so by immediately entering the Dark Ages.”

Speaking of redheads and women in uniform, is a celebrity crush on Honeysuckle Weeks uncommon?

It is now!

Damn, I saw him on the third season of Fargo and I found him to be pretty much the most terrifying, loathsome, grotesque, abominable screen presences ever (in a good way, I mean - props to his acting skill for carrying it off.) Yet in all the pictures of him outside of that role, he looks like such an affable guy. Damn!

She’s pretty much the opposite of my usual type, but anatomist, anthropologist and palaeontologist Alice Roberts is mad hot and I’ll watch anything she presents: The Incredible Human Journey was a wonderful series.
