I believe you meant “impart.” It means “communicate to.” As opposed to “depart,” which means “to leave.” You know – that thing you swore you were doing but didn’t do. Really, it’s one thing to accuse me of being an idiot, but you ought to avoid proving yourself to be one at the same time – though the juxtaposition was rather funny. “Juxtaposition” – look it up. You’ll find it in the dictionary, after “depart” and “impart.”
