Hmm, at present, the Amaryllis consort is serenading me with an Italian madrigal (Orlando di Lasso’s “Matona Mia Cara”, if you were wondering). But then my taste in music can run a little odd…
I can’t identify it, but there’s a lot of tapping and clicking … oh wait. That’s me, typing. Oops.
The soothing hum of 9 computers’ fans… and the occasional harddrive thrashing… god damn I love my office.
Galactic- Late for the Future. You can’t help but at least wiggle your booty to these guys, even when sitting down.
The Grateful Dead, Lazy river road off of a CD I burned. The next track is werewolves of london, just so ya know.
The best of Sly and the Family Stone. Up next is UNCUT magazine’s free CD from last month, the one with Lucinda Williams and Joe Strummer. There’s a song called the Sexual Loneliness of Jesus Christ that I think is just magnificent.
After that, Traffic.
Shotgun, Jr. Walker and the All Stars
Fire Dance, by Omar Faruk Tekbilek and Brian Keane

The Grateful Dead, **Blues Foe Allah.
That should say **Blues For Allah
Adam Sandler impersonating Kermit and Big Bird stoned. It’s too hilarious to listen to only once.
“Butterfly” from Dance Dance Revolution. Damn I love this song.
MSN Music, one of the program-em-yourself Mood stations, “Sad 2000s Country.” The current track is “Farrow, Darcy” by Jimmie Dale Gilmore.
OH my gosh, do you have that on mp3 or anyting like that? I heard that songe once in a record store and loved it (I love the original too, but I really enjoyed the punk version I heard). Is that album widely available?
Just a Vermonter checking in.
