I think Jack from Lost is just begging for some slash, but I’m not sure yet who to pair him with.
There was one slash a friend of mine (I belong to a SW fan fiction e-mail group) wrote, where Wedge Antilles goes back in time and hooks up with a young Obi-Wan Kenobi. It was hot, but all I could think of was that Denis Lawson, who played Wedge, is Ewan McGregor’s uncle, and I couldn’t get through it.
Don’t you hate it when that happens?
For some reason, I always feel embarassed to enjoy the Ranma/Ryoga, too…though I love Ryoga with anyone…I just adore him, as this picture , which was my birthday present from my best friend this year, will attest…

Harry Potter: Sirius/Remus, mostly. it’s practically canon
FAKE (a manga series I really like): JJ/Drake and, to a lesser degree, Dee/Ryo (Dee/Ryo are the canon couple, so I don’t really need fanfic of them as much, but JJ/Drake is just hinted at/suggested, so I’m all into seeing how people bring them together, since Drake thinks he’s straight (poor deluded boy…:))

I didn’t actually read it, but I was amused to discover the website Sidekick Pride, wherein Wesley (“Buffy” and “Angel”) and Doyle (“Angel”) apparently got it on.
David/Jonathon? Not much of a stretch there, really.
But when you get to Jesus and the “Beloved” Disciple, you’re really skirting the boundaries . . . 
In 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, told in the first person by Professor Arronax, there was an unmistakable gay subtext to the way he talked about his dear friend Ned Land. Especially when he spoke of Land using the harpoon, “a deadly weapon in his hands.” And they spent more than a year together on that guys-only Navy ship looking for the sea monster . . .
How about Brideshead Revisited? Sebastian/Charles! Oh, wait . . .

How could I forget Cyborg/Beastboy?
“I can’t believe Terra’s gone!” tears covered his green cheeks.

“We can do that.” said Cyborg as he produced an ice cream float from nowhere, and inserted two straws.

“We can do that.” said Cyborg as he took Garth’s green hand in his own.
“French kiss.”
“We can do that.” said cyborg as he pressed his lips to Garth’s. At first, he struggled. But, as Vic’s practiced tongue explored his mouth, Garth surrendered himself to pleasure. He began fighting, not to escape, but to give Cyborg pleasure equal to his own.
When Cyborg finally released him, Garth could only stare into space and drool in mindless bliss. He heard only the wild beating of his own heart, and the voice of his new lover shouting “Booyah!”

But, a while back, I (almost) wrote a ‘Titans Go Gay’ story (using the TV cast)…I planned out the pairings and the sex scenes, never got around to writing the story…
Star/Raven (of course), BB/Cy (Belching as foreplay!), and Robin/Aqualad (since Speedy hadn’t been introduced when I came up with this…I’d pair him with Speedy, now.)
Now I need to get on that, again…
To the OP…since you mentioned Gundam Wing, my favouite pairing is the hardest in the world to find, far as I can tell - DuoXQuatre. I don’t like Trowa, at all, so the 3X4 does nothing for me, and HeeroXDuo is…well, it’s an OK pairing, but not as much sheer pretty as DuoXQuatre - who happen to by my favourite characters outside that context, as well.

Right before I saw this thread I, because it’s late and I’m sick (both body and mind, apparently), I did a search for They Might Be Giants slash. Either I don’t have good search skills (in all sweet honesty, I’ve never searched for anything “erotic” before), or Their fans are all pure of heart.
But I’ve been told that MST3K slash exists. Hot bot on bot action!

Heh…I don’t know if I should be delighted or saddened, then, that I may have the only piece of TMBG slash hidden away in my hard drive It was a story I never really finished to my satisfaction, based on a dream I had where not only were the Johns in a slashy relationship, they were vampires (guess I’m sick in body and mind too…sneezes, and takes more NyQuil)
Oh, they’re pairing him with everybody. Boone seems to be a favorite. Try www.lostfic.com. To be honest, though, I have yet to read any really good “Lost” fic, slash or otherwise.
Oh, and to answer the topic question: bring on the hobbits! I don’t know what some of you have against hobbit lovin’. Frodo/Sam is cannon, after all.
