Does a BigT post echo? Apparently it does! Who knew?
I had noticed early this morning that the [+] menu item pop-up seems to be working again on my Win10-Edge tablet. I didn’t reboot or clear cache or anything. Browser had been restarted a few times to no effect then suddenly “Poof; we’re back in business.”
Update: the plus sign stopped working on my iPad again. Rebooting isn’t helping this time, either.
ETA: FWIW, my iPad storage is only at 50%, with over 230 GB free. I do have a lot of tabs open in Safari, though.
As a USPS electronics technician, I can tell you that it’s pretty frequently the solution to computer issues on our sorting systems (the problems aren’t frequent, but that solution has about an 85% success rate). So it’s a useful tool, but even when it works, it means fifteen minutes of downtime.
AND MINIMIZING DOWNTIME IS HOW WE JUSTIFY OUR $35 PER HOUR WAGE!
