We bought a seedless watermelon that my husband just carved up and put in storage containers for the fridge. I snacked on several pieces as he worked.
A banana as part of my breakfast about an hour ago.
Lunch three hours ago, whole wheat pasta (not the kind I like that I can only find at CostCo, but adequate), shredded/grated/whatever a generous person calls my technique with a box grater pecorino, decent olive oil (TJ house brand, reserve, or whatever their “fancy” one is). Not my favorite EVOO but it’s adequate, and cheap, so it does for now, primarily because it’s convenient to procure.
Keep me going all day – probably only 900 calories, but it feels like more.
