It’s grey and cloudy, drizzling slightly, and 69 degrees.
(Yesterday, when I was 200 miles to the east, it was like summer…)

No such luck. Just in the last 5 minutes it has started snowing heavily and the beach is taking on a whiter shade of pale.
So, where were you again, and is there any room for Sudden Unexpected Guests?
Now that’s beautiful. It’s the wet and cold stuff just above freezing that I hate.
I’m looking out my office window at horizontal snow.
Thank heavens for the commuter train.
Probably shoveled 6" of incredibly heavy snow this a.m. before walking to the train.
Temps right around freezing make for very heavy sloppy conditions.
i know the lake’s out there about 1/2 mile away, but I can’t see any sign of it!
28 degrees, light dusting of snow. I hope it snows more. I’m ready for winter.
On the upside down part of the globe in the land of cows, wine and tango.
I have to go to Edmonton the week after next, where it will be juuust a tad frosty by the looks of the above forecasts. What does one need to wear to survive in -35C windchill?
Cold rain…bordering on freeezing…no snow yet! Hell of a wind, though. It’s going to be a nasty night!
It’s sunny and 65 degrees right now. Looks like the rain front has gone through. Supposed to get down in the 30’s tonight. That’s downright frigid for south GA this time of year.
Cup of java, stat?
(My fingers would respectfully like to add that while it may technically be above freezing, it certainly as frak feels below freezing…)
I’m in with ya, Shirley. Damn you, Michigan weather. At least it didn’t snow…
…yet. I know my commute home will be filled with pitfalls and probably cold, snowy goodness.
Harumph. What if I don’t WANT it to be cold and ugly?
Heh. Speak for yourselves, you tropical trolls.
Blue skies, 10F, which beats yesterday’s -11 all to heck. We’ve got a foot of newish snow on the ground, which I’m going to utilize with my cross-country skis this morning. After it hits 15 at least. Mountain living, eh?
The sky is the colour of a TV set tuned to a dead channel.
Too early for snow, uniform grey sky from horizon to horizon*.
Actually MK doesn’t have any horizon* you can never see past either the greenery (well mostly brownery at the moment) or the buildings.
**According to broadcast weather reports we don’t get any weather either, that’s reserved for London and Birmingham sometimes Manchester. There is always weather in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
SNOW
And I love it. Every last bit of it. I am as excited as a little kid about snow. I always have been. I am making banana bread today and pork roast for dinnner and finally getting the Xmas spirit.
I love snow!
(but it’s hell to drive in)
32 degress F, blue skies, 7" of snow still clinging to the trees. The mountains are socked in again with another 3-6" expected on top of the 18-30" they got two days ago.
Another inch of snow is forecast for tonight then mid to upper 40’s all next week. Gotta love Colorado.
I just measured, and we’ve got 5 inches of accumulation already, lakeside.
Three inches of new snow on everything. Very pretty.
50F currently with clear blue skies; it should get up in the low 70’s in a few hours
Its supposed to hit 70 degrees outside today…but its supposed to drop almost 40 points into the 30s overnight when the wall o’ winter front hits us tonight.
PS- tomorrow is when we are scheduled to cut down our Christmas tree…
