About 30cm of snow, clear blue skies, lots of sun, and judging by the puffyness of the steam coming out of that chimney over there, it’s probably about -10C.
A lovely day, in other words. 
It’s frickin’ freezing in this house. Doesn’t** gonzomax** want the heat on? I think my toes are working on falling off. I think if i stubbed them on a stair or something, they might shatter like T-1000.
So I’m curled up on the couch in the basement with one of the beagles, under a blanket, playing video games and Doping it up.
Stupid winter.
Sunny and cool. Looks like a nice day. I haven’t been out yet, though.

Outside my window it’s sunny and warm.
About four miles from my house up north it lookes like this.
Yellow grass poking up through white snow, and occasional spots of black dirt. Perfectly clear sky, a spotless blue that fades out to white when it touches the horizon. There isn’t even any wind. It is currently 12 F outside, and is expected to bottom out around -10 tonight.
It is a fairly typical winter day in Havre, Montana. It will likely be up to around 30 by Sunday and the mid 30s by Monday, and then back down to the high 20s by Tuesday and Wednesday. Which is also typical.
We’ve been in the freezer for a part of this past month. It’s gotten down to -14 with enough wind to push it down to the -30s, and plenty of snow. Thanksgiving was pretty nice, however.
Well gosh, it’s dark out, but I just heard a sound like a freight train going past the back of the house. Really loud. There’s a car yard behind my back yard and I thought someone was screwing around with an 18-wheeler. But no, it turns out it was the first of the wind. It’s only just begun…
