Flamsterette, asking nicely would have been no problem. This is just the last straw about fingernail clipping. First, earlier in the year, no one would lend me clippers b/c they thought sharing them was “disgusting”. Now he’s telling me it’s “disgusting” to clip my fingernails in the common room.
I have no problem with nails in general. But, as long as I clean up after myself, I shouldn’t have to seclude myself in my room to clip nails, brush hair, brush teeth, or do other things one does in one’s own dorm!
