What screen name would you swap for?

I like the name Anita Vacation. Made me giggle.

And I’d chane mine to LindsayWithany. “Lindsay With An ‘E’”. Because Lindsay is spelled with an ‘A’.

Never mind. It’s not funny when you have to explain the joke.

LunaSea. I like most of the pun names, but this one seems to fit me the best.

Or maybe I’d go with HelloKitty, since it’s supplanted “Wednesday” (as in Addams) as my primary nickname at work. Oh well, at least I’ve got my hellokitty.com e-mail address.

I really like The Great Zamboni myself.

Is there a Vimes or Sam Vimes or Commander Vimes or Old Stoneface on the SDMB?

I considered once in a pig eon as a name, but decided it was too long to bother with.

why?

Why what? Why a duck? Why are fence? WHYY Philadelphia?

I want my friends
“No Disguise”
I love that nickname…
or my other friend’s screen name is pretty good

“angrygerbil” or “frustratedfetus”

I’d just love to have a name with more than three characters these days (sobsob no vanity searches for moi). I think I’d be a firefly name, if not for the already well-known RTFirefly, or something catty.

Though I do love showing up in threads where folx have unwittingly said “moi” and being able to use my username smoothly in a sentence.

I like being summerbreeze ‘cause it makes me feel fine, blowin’ thru something something I’ve had a few drinks

moi: you can do vanity searches on your name by using wildcards: moi . Which, if you’re anything like me, may still not produce any results, but at least it won’t be due to word length…

why once in a pig eon?
Just curiouous.

jr8 does that method work for all 3 letter words? or just usernames?

once in a pig eon was the result of a (very small) personal joke about how the word “pigeon” divides into “pig eon” and wondering how long a “pig eon” is (is it like “donkey’s years”?).

And as far as I know you can use wildcards (*) in any search, although if you use them in letter combinations that occur in common words, you’ll get a lot of irrelevant hits (so moi will pick up the poster’s name, but also “moisture” and the like). Fortunately for me, “jr8” doesn’t occur anywhere else.
