For sure. I like to slice, butter, then toast in a pan (like grilled cheese) then top with cream cheese or peanut butter. It gets all melty ![]()
Man I do love a good bagel from a bagel shop. There’s one with two leaves of spinach and a slice of melted Swiss that I’ve been making at home, one that I first saw at a shop.
Hummus is definitely my favorite, and this is my go-to recipe:
Make some pickled red onions to scatter on top, and hot damn.
For people who like meat but hate lox, offer Capicola ham.
We have been doing peanutbutter and Jelly.
Usually on everything bagels.
