What tv show that's off the air do you miss the most?

Keen Eddie had a lot of promise, I thought.

Wow, I have a big list!

Countdown with Keith Olbermann. I miss that pompous, crazy bastard.

HBO’s Rome. Only 2 seasons, and it was the best series I have ever seen.

I’d at least like to see Dale Cooper rescued from the Red Room in a Finale’ to Twin Peaks.

And another vote for My Name is Earl!

Northern Exposure.
The Wonder Years.
ER.
House.
Lost.

There aren’t any re-runs of any of these, though I see House now and then.

I’d love to see original Star Trek. I’d love to see episodes weekend mornings.

Some of these I suppose I can get DVDs I suppose.

Alphas.
I felt that the series had a lot more to offer and it got canceled before it could do so.
What a waste.

Firefly,** Rome** and MST3K.

As much as I loved **The Sopranos **and The Wire, they had run their course and ended at about the right time in my opinion.

Dead Like Me

And Firefly, of course.

Babylon Five

That’s a BIG “Oh, Hell, Yeah!”

TNG is off the air?!? Not where I live! It’s followed by Voyager three times a day! Even TOS was on this time last year!

I do wish they’d show DS9 again, though. I still haven’t seen most of the episodes of that series.

I hardly ever watch first-run major-network TV anymore, but I do miss Pushing Daisies, probably the most original series in the last fifty years. And yeah, I’d love to see another season of Rome.

I’d watch Jonny Quest again if I could be sure that the episodes hadn’t been Bowdlerized in the name of PC.

The West Wing. I thought it would be interesting to keep it going post Bartlett.

Not of all time but right now Happy Endings.

Another vote for 30 Rock.

I could watch Liz Lemon do Lemon-y things all. day. long.

Yeah, I’ll go along with Monk.

How about Dark Shadows? and I don’t mean the Johnny Depp film.

I would have kept watching Deadwood, Rome, Carnivale, Firefly, My Name Is Earl, Terriers, the one where Jeff Goldblum solves crimes with the help of the spirits of the victims, Kidnapped, Upstairs Downstairs.

But if I had to pick just one, it’d be My Name Is Earl. And will soon be Raising Hope.

This is going back a long way, but I would have loved to have seen another season or two of “The Invaders”, with a proper finale, of course.

The Jeff Goldblum one is not Tenspeed and Brown Shoe, but I remember being bummed when it went off after only one season.

I also was enjoying Raines (2007– ) when they yanked the plug on it. I guess it wasn’t zombie or vampire oriented enough for those execs who demand plausibility in their offerings. Shithooks!

Alphas had potential, but it was pretty much a fumble from the start - I was really hoping it would gain creative traction but nope.
