What was the last CD you bought?

The soundtrack to Million Dollar Hotel (U2! Whoo hoo!), and

Highlights from Mozart’s Le Nozze Di Figaro, sung by Kiri Te Kanawa, Lucia Pop, Kurty Moll, and others, with Sirt Georg Solti conducting the London Philharmonic-- Prime stuff.

Apology by Uncle Bonsai. It includes a song about Iowa, a song apologizing for the song about Iowa, and another song apologizing for pretty much every song they’ve ever done. This CD is so new the copyright hasn’t even started yet.

Wake the Dead , a celtic themed collection of GD songs

Maroon - Bare Naked Ladies. It’s excellent and I highly recommend it.

Suicide Commando-Mind Strip( for those of us who like good, harsh, nihilistic EBM)
Mesh- The point at which it falls apart( for those of us who’d like to see a merger of depeche mode and NIN)

Bought three CDs together, so for me its the last three. And yeah I ordered them from amazon.com, they arrived but in two weeks. (God.)

Young Americans- David Bowie
Slippery When Wet- Bon Jovi
Spirit of the Sixties

I had my friends pick me up the new Beautiful South, * Painting It Red * while they were on their honeymoon in England (Not like they had anything more important to do then go find me records!). The British release has a few more tracks than the American release.

Great CD, by the way!

I haven’t bought any CDs lately, but the last record I bought was Orchid’s “chaos is me.” Good stuff.

Last CD I bought was Miles Davis’ Bitches Brew

Modest Mouse: The Lonesome Crowded West. The first Modest Mouse CD that I owned; I’ve heard most of them all before, tho. Gotta say, as an emo fan, this clearly was one of the best purchases since Sunny Day Real Estate way back when. Boy o boy.

Last CD I burned? Moby. Worth the blank CD, not the full purchase price IMO. Two or three killer songs. The rest is just not my style.

Sailing to Philadelphia by Mark Knopfler. It’s pretty good, especially the first half of it. Also Primal Scream’s Xtrmntr was recently procured. An excellent album.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Lifehouse’s CD No Name Face. One of the best CDs of the year, definitely.

Things Falling Appart, NIN

Liked it alot, especially the cover of Metal.

Tool- Anema

Ted Nugent “Great Gonzos”

Merle Haggard For The Record: 43 Legendary Hits, 2 CD set.

Last trip to the store, I picked up Pinback’s self-titled CD, and the 100 Flowers compilation of Gang Of Four tunes.

The last CD I burned was actually two CD’s filled with a Paul Oakenfold set from a club in the Shanghai province of China. Amazing stuff.

ahh crap…i totaly forgot that i as well got NIN- things falling apart…and the cover of Metal was pretty sweet.

The Better Life by 3 Doors Down. Great album. They’re definitely my favorite new band.
