"What's a normal sleep cycle?" Don't ask the MMP!

**nellie **- does your browser remember your passwords? I use Firefox and I can look up all my saved passwords.

I have built a cuke-onion salad and I just made an appointment for a tit-squishin’. I’m trying to get **FCD **to make arrangements for Physical Therapy, but he’s being particularly pig-headed right now. He complains about pain, but he won’t call the doctor and he won’t do anything about it but complain. Even after I got him chocolate cake!!! Big baby… :stuck_out_tongue:

How can you do that in Firefox?

For my heart, over $325,000 was billed, my part was under $800. People may bitch and moan about my employer, but they treat me pretty well.
(About trans-esophageal echocardiograms)

So glad I was anesthetized before they slid that thing down my throat!

Click on the 3 bars in the upper right of the tab. One of the options is “Logins and Passwords” - pick that and there ya go!

Thanks!

You’re a great person, no matter what DogButt says!

Thanks so much for the suggestion and the restraint in not using the well-deserved rolleyes. I don’t use Firefox, and Chrome doesn’t seem to provide this. Fortunately, TubaDiva is an angel of mercy and got me fixed up. The US should name a ship after her, or perhaps a state. Vermont is nice.

nellie, glad you’re back with us.

flytrap, even I knew how to find my passwords in Firefox. Well, you learn something new everyday…

{{{Butters and Hubby}}}. Here’s hoping that this doc has the magic and another operation will take care of the problem once and for all.

wordy, isn’t that the purpose of having kids? To make them do the clean up? <grinning> Have a good time.

boofae, enjoy the storytelling, sounds like you’ve earned a break.

Sari, did the guy give you an estimate (written?). Sounds like he can do good work, but best be careful (sez Cpt. Obvious…)

OW, Sorry things haven’t worked out, I’m sure seeing old friends would help some, but such is life. And I agree, there are few things worse than foot cramps. Be well.

Shopping has been completed and since the car hasn’t been washed in months, I took it to the local car wash and it’s looking much better now. Should go to Best Buy this evening, but think I’ll wait for tomorrow morning, will give me something to do with myself.

Good Firday evening all.

Happy Birthday, Flyboy!!!

Butters, I’m glad they figured out what Hubby’s problem was so now it can be fixed.

We are sad today. Kids sweet black Lab has to be put down today. He’s blind and deaf and now he has a necrotic tumor that the vet says they’d have to amputate a leg and haunch to* maybe* get it all. I’m getting this all 3rd hand so I may not have it right. But it’s a shame.

In other news; mowage happened yesterday, but we didn’t get to play with the repaired sprinklers as a big ol’ tunderboomer blew up.

We were gonna drive back to the valley but found out that there’s gonna be a poker run and BBQ cookoff here tomorrow, and Wifey wants to go to the cookoff, so we’re staying over 'til prolly Sonday. There have been motorcyclists, (more than usual), coming into town all day. I guess it’s a pretty big do for this little town.
Some of these bikes are pretty fancy and cost more than a mid-level car.

The state of TubaDiva has a nice ring to it.

Chrome has it, it is under ‘settings’.
Strange place to put it I think.

Finally got my old computer clean. One more thing out of this house.
Maia’s mom is supposed to be at the park tomorrow. I hope so, so she can take the vacuum cleaner.

I got an email from the lab up here that they are doing covid antibody testing and I don’t need a note from my doctor. It looks like it is $10 to get permission from the lab’s doctor and insurance should cover the test.
It’s a different lab than the one my current doctor uses. One I like better, I hate the one she uses. Both labs have rude ass people irking there. The one I like the workers are downright nasty, but they get you in and out fast, and I’ve never had a painful poke or a bruise afterwards. The one she sends me to, there is seldom anybody else in there, all the irkers sit and talk until they feel like getting around to see you, it always hurts, and I always have a bruise.
The lab is also looking for people to participate in their clinical trials.
I think I may sign up for the test, but no interest in the clinicals.

We didn’t get much yard irk done. I took a nap.
Waking up between 3 and 4 every morning is getting tiresome.

Sorry about the pup Bumba

No written estimates MetalMouse. He gave me ‘about’ prices, but is coming back Moonday to look more intently to see what needs to be done and what supplies he will need.
Then I will get stuff in writing.

Chrome DOES offer to remember your passwords. I use that feature all the time. Go to the three dots at upper right, which is a menu. Go to Settings. You do need to be sure that feature is turned on (I think it is by default).

Thanks for all of the making-it-another-year-without-dying wishes!

Mrs. L.A. let me buy dinner out – our first since the lock-down – at the local Mexican place. I had four hot wings, and almost half of a fajita salat with a sliced fresh jalapeño. I left one slice of jalapeño with the leftovers. We also had two 20-oz. Cadillac margaritas each. Since it was my birthday, we got a complimentary fried flour tortilla with raspberry sauce and fresh whipped cream. The cats have had their gooshy food, and I’ve made myself my promised Vieux Carré cocktail.

I woke up to find a birthday card from our cats, Tonka and Goo. Mrs. L.A. gave me a card that made me tear up, and a hummingbird feeder heater.

Right… Now to the cocktail.

Evenin’ Y’all! ‘Tis rainin’ heavily out and we are under a SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY whatever that is. Have gotten a couple of faint booms, so maybe a tstorm is headed this way. We had some quality cee-mint pond time this afternoon and then had sallit with grilled chikin and the nummy croutons for sup. All in all a good day.

{{{Butters and Hubs}}} hope all goes well with the surgery and that this does the trick.

{{{Miss Owl}}} just cause and hope the foot cramps are gone today. Hate those!

Sari if he’s reasonable ain’t nuttin’ like a good fixit guy. Ours is fantastic and reasonable.

Flyboy glad the bday has been a good one.

So I went to the Likker Sto, since I needed gin. Now Alex Catt is on THE LIST. She crashed onto the record player and turned it on, so the stylus was dragging around the record-less turntable for God knows how long.

THAT’S WHAT SHE SAID!

Can I have your CDs?

Do you know how to find email passwords in thunderbird?

Starting my second Vieux Carré after two big margaritas. And it’s only 18:40, Whee, doggie!

No,** nellie,** we won’t be using rolleyes at you. What you described, I wouldn’t find (except by “guess and check” or “trial and error” and I loathe clicking randomly).

So you’re all good; we loves ya.

Butters and Hubs my <3 goes out to ya & I sincerely hope you have many more lovely years together.

I hope that you’re feeling better nellie

Happy birthday Johnny!

shoe, having lived by myself for a few years, I only really cook about once a week. I cook a big meal on the weekend, divide it into single serving boxes and freeze all but what I eat that day and one more. Then I pull three boxes from the freezer to thaw for three more days of the week. The vegetation is usually either the same as what I fixed on the weekend or nuked frozen vegetables. YMMV, but it works for me.

**{{{OW}}}

{{{butters and hubby}}}**

I irked until noon, went through emissions testing, swung through the clerk’s office for tags, bought groceries and took Nelson to the dog park. It looks like we’re developing a new Friday night pupper pack with Nelson, Watson, the beagle/greyhound Bagel, her housemates beagle Mattie and chug Max and a dachshund/pug mix named Jersey. They had fun together. After, I swung around for some ribs. I’s full and tahred!

What’s this about changes? MMP is the only forum that I visit on the Dope, so it’s the first that I’ve heard. If anyone posts a link, I would appreciate it.

Stay safe and healthy y’all!

slurp
glurmph
Oh, man. slurp This soup ain’t half bad … especially considering I’ve been (very much mentally, maybe not so much physically) looking forward to it for days.

Oh, yeah. To all the haters who like to gimme crap for hanging on to old stuff, and paying to move it all … that ragged cardboard box of DVDs (omg physical discs!) has kept me happily entertained during my internet outage. I’m feeling extraordinarily vindicated right now…

… and also feeling full of [del]triumph[/del] potato soup, which was itself full of cream, and sour cream, and bacon, and onions and celery and stuff, and ohmahlord now I’m full of all of those things.

Shaddup. It’s so rare for me to gloriously pig out like this. I’m gonna sleep like the happily dead tonight, I can already tell. I just wish I could stuff myself like this more often.

Not external, this isn’t a “purps can’t afford potatoes” thing. It’s all internal, mental health crap … and it all evaporated the last day or so.

It’ll be back. Like lupus flareups, and work crap, and bizarre-o-pants family: this, too, shall return. But for now: this, too, has passed. And for one glorious evening, after one lovely day, I am utterly at peace.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis <snerk> 69! <snerk> Amurrkin out and clear with a predicted high of 89 and possibly mostly N.O.S. for the day. No big plans for the day. I do foresee some quality cee-mint pond time. Today is forage day as far as any need to feed. All kinds of sammich makin’s abound in da fridge. I yanked a hunk o’ pork outta da freezer last night. Poke roast and whatever else I come up with are on the agenda for tomorrow’s N.O.L.

Shoe I say enjoy the good days and cope with the bad ones. That’s what gets me through. Glad you enjoyed your N.O.T. soup finally.

red there’s a sticky at the top of each forum about the great migration to the new stuff. We shall see how that goes next week.

Now I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy demands sustenance. Then, onward into the day! Rah.

Happy Sattidy Y’all!
