For lunch today I made a packet of Knorr-Lipton Pasta Sides, stroganoff flavor; it was followed by a Haagen Dazs ice cream bar (mint, with dark chocolate coating). Far from healthy, but tasty and satisfying.
Today – the other half of the tuna – again with the 12-grain toast and the lettuce.
Since I’ve already had two peaches today, though, I’m having a cookie for dessert.
Any number of yummy things. I’m going to The Taste of Colorado.
PB&J-- one slice whole wheat bread with natural-style, super chunk peanut butter and homemade peach jam, folded in half. One big, fat, juicy peach, a handful of baby carrots, and one of those wee little 8 oz glass bottles of Coke Classic. Life is good
Don’t know about lunch, but dinner is going to be smoked sausage with peppers and onions! Yummy - one of my favorite meals!
Wow, you’ve aged quickly… last I saw of you, you were eight. How are Melissa and Jason doing?*
Man I love that show…
Salami, green beans, pickles, hummus, and a can of root beer.
I’ve been trying my hand at rassam, a South Indian tomato soup. I made a single serving bowl for myself today and it’s…okay. Needs a lot more kick and I’m highly disappointed at my kadippatta leaves, which dried out in the fridge (unlike my parents, I am not growing a grove clandestinely in the basement) and thus are not imparting much kadippatta flavour.
I have some huge beefsteak?? tomatoes from last week’s farmer’s market that I de-skinned and then froze. I was going to make a big batch of rassam but I think I’m going to split it between an easier Indian tomato soup and tomato-basil soup while I perfect my rassam technique.
