I had planned on going to a gathering of the heathens today, but I took an unplanned nap. Supper tonight was a pot of budget cioppino (clams are out of season, so I bought canned and the scallops and shrimp were frozen), which was wonderful.

George tripped the bot litter box scale today and is big enough to push his way out the catio door. My porch table is next to a catio wall, so I was able to sit out there and listen to him make that chittering noise when he was watching the hummers.
It rained again today. It was fabulous, all of our plants and trees are happy, the birds are happy, the butterflies are happy and we are happy.
