When Jack starts opening doors, we’ll see. He learns to flush… who knows?
I would like to walk for therapy, but I’m too tired and lazy. I work for therapy. Keeps my mind off things that would otherwise get to me. I worry for therapy too. There are things I can do thing about that occupy my mind. And those things I can do somthing about.
Try a quick walk during one of your breaks if you can, or at school (probably safer than at work, given the hours). It helps with the worrying. It does.
