OK, in this thread we - as a group - predict where T.O. goes by eliminating (or not) the team we root for. Simply state which team you root for and your opinion on whether they will have him - and why.
I’m a Steeler fan and I am 100% sure he won’t be joining the Steelers.

[li]Coach Tomlin wouldn’t put up with him[/li][li]The team wouldn’t put up with him[/li][li]We have some good WRs already[/li][/ol]
I forgot to add: You may contradict others if you wish. For instance, if you are a fan of the Steelers and you think I am mistaken, you may so indicate - or concur if you want to participate. We’ll find some way to do a proper tally in the end.
I’m a Browns fan. They won’t be signing him because they’re not players in free agency this year, they have bigger needs on defense, and they’ll probably be near the bottom of the league in passing either way so why bother.
I don’t see Donovan or Andy Reid opening their arms to welcome him back.
Would it be too cliched if he went to the Raiders?)
Also. Am I the only one to think it is a move that doesn’t really help turn the Cowboys into a better team? I realize he is a distraction. But, I think he helped them win more games than he caused them to lose. Maybe, I missed something here or there. Of course, I cheered when the Eagles beat them at the end of the season - that might be tied to the TO/Roma feud.
I think if he is on a team with a QB with a strong personality and a strong offensive scheme his distractions will be ignored. Maybe, the Pats will pick him up. Ha.
Except that McCloughlan (the 49ers’ GM) said they were leaving the door open to possibly signing him.
Raiders fan here. While it’s not a complete impossibility, I don’t think it’ll happen. The Raiders had the chance to grab him before and didn’t go after him (and that was when he was younger and better). At this point I think it’s less about his cancerous presence and the fact he just isn’t that good anymore. He only had two 100+ yard games last season - both against his former teams (49ers and Eagles).
Chargers have announced no interest in T.O. Which makes sense- since our GM tends to look for lower cost role players in FA, and doesn’t seem to enjoy getting involved in the initial frenzy.
(For the record- rumor is he and his agent were in TN today. Frankly, I’m pulling for Detroit- Calvin Johnson/TO/Stafford- they may not win a lot more games, but they’ll be more fun to watch.)
