Which 2 perks would you choose from this list?

E.Tank and Stress-Free Livin… The former is a great idea for those of a certain age. Only problem: I’m going to get awful lonely later. But I love the thought of having more energy and fitness, more time to do things because I don’t need to sleep (OK, it might be better to have a little sleep, for mental readjustment), and not deteriorating due to age. But when does this run out, and how? Sudden collapse? At what age? I’d settle for youthful vigour to to the century and then a rapid decline (shot in bed by a jealous husband?)

No financial or other stress would be wonderful, combined with a super-body. So those are the two I really want. I don’t need to be super-rich, although that would be nice, just having no financial worries would be enough, and the E.Tank is better than anything else. Money comes and goes, health usually goes.

Music Box would be nice, too. I wish I was musical, but am not. But the other two are simply more attractive.

Same. I have no desire for additional pleasures or extended life or power over people. Just satisfying curiosity will make me happy, especially since it would answer big questions as well as small. There are downsides to both of these, as any Genie or Twlight Zone episode could tell you, but those can be avoidable if you’re careful.

I thought about Delete, but it has the potential to get out of control. Especially if it has a bulk delete option. I can think of a few people that we could do without, such as a certain Korean with a permanent bad hair day, but then we have to find out who will replace him. The problem is finding the right people to remove; I could do a great public service by deleting the entire ISIS crowd, but you have to know their names. And there is no lack of replacements for them, either.

GodTube and E-Tank I think

I was tempted by Ask Away, but there appears to be a 2 question limit, and answers in cuneiform is weird - I can get most of the answers I would want (how it’s made and how it happened) via GodTube

E-Tank’s ‘no need to sleep’ is a big benefit to me

Ask Away gives you 2 questions every 2 weeks and the answers are in tablet form but you can still read them.

Presumably, after a certain point, people in high places would avoid doing certain things out of fear that God will promptly strike them down. Until they realize that all they have to do is be corrupt from the shadows…but as soon as they are exposed - whabam!

“Ask Away” and “Delete”

The former because I love learning things and want to know it all!

The latter in Case the November election doesn’t go as hoped.

I’d take Music Box and Stress Free Living

Godtube sounds nice, but without eternal life there’s no way to watch everything. Talk about a time sink.

Not sure what a mid-strength Jedi mind trick is.

The ability to give women erect dicks? I’m not really seeing the advantage to that one. I mean, I like to give women an erect dick, but I don’t want them to have their own. Maybe it’s a Jedi thing.

Supersonic Screech. Worst superpower ever.

It’s limited short-duration mind control, that doesn’t work on strong-willed people or several different alien species.

Maybe it’s my Irish upbringing, but E-Tank sounds like a leprechaun’s gift to me. It specifically says “this computer” and that you have to tank up your health points by using it. I’ve never had a computer last more than seven years.

Now, if I could just get my body back to it’s healthiest point, and then live on from there, I’d be cool with that. Or if I just need to keep the app on my phone but I can upgrade to the next version if it’s lost or broken, then fine, I would trade that for StressFreeLivin. But as stated, it looks like shenanigans to me.

If that works, then that’s my combination, as well. But if SimEarth is limited to destruction, as the text seems to imply, then it’s probably MusicBox for me—the 5 languages alone would make it worth it. AskAway sounds promising at first, but is severely hampered by the 500 word limit—I don’t think any answer to any worthwhile question could be compressed down to 500 words in a way that I still would be able to understand it, so I’d just be left with a lot of sheets saying ‘42’ and no way of actually deciphering their meaning.

Oh dear. Well, the “plus” line does promise weather control. Dang that leprechaun, he’s always up to something! If that’s the case, I’d switch to GodTube and use it to create the website WikiLeaks wanted to be when it grew up. And probably choose an hotel in Cypress. . .

Thanks for the clarification. I’m going to stick with GodTube though I think, as I think most of my questions can be framed as queries about events

I want to be the greatest engineer on earth–from mechanical, control theory, computer, and physics.
this means I will need to be the greatest mathematician on earth since it is the foundation.
This is my answer for any “What would you wish for?”

On looking at the list again, many of the powers are negative, such as Delete or Angry Birds. What many of us might well wish for is a positive form of SimEarth, but it is not on offer. Oh well, too bad.

The porn-related options sound great for hikikomori, who would presumable use them to the exclusion of the real thing. If that is not a gift from the devil, or the leprechaun …

Can somebody explain the Rainbow from the list?

The Rainbow
All Apple products are now free to you including iTunes and accessories
Apple will also take into high consideration any of your suggestions and complaints
+These products can be given away but not sold
+You get an accurate gaydar and and can change other people’s sexuality and gender identity
+You can give people gay lisps
+Immunity/cured of STDs

Putting aside the stereotypes, is there some connection between Apple and being gay that I’m unaware of?

It’s likely just something put in to be funny.

Okay, that explains it. I had forgotten the old Apple rainbow logo.
