I’m sorry – I don’t understand this concept at all. I’ve never heard “Freebies” in this context.
Is it that your girlfriend can’t get mad at you for wanting to sleep with these women because she knows your chances of actually sleeping with any of them is zip?
Or is it that, were you to luck out unbelievably and actually sleep with Ms. Kwan or one of the others, she can’t get angry at you (for some reason that escapes me)?
That’s basically the idea. The idea is that if you ever had an opportunity to actually have sex with your favorite celebrity, it would be a virtual fantasy anyway so it wouldn’t “count”. It became popular after there was a Friends episode about the concept.

I don’t buy that a MILF’s status is based off of your own age. MILFs are ladies in their late 30s and beyond who have a child. When I’m eighty, I could and will lust after MILFs that are 38 - not 98. That’s ridiculous.

At the very least, I think that a MILF has to be old enough to be the mother of someone who could reasonably be sexually attracted to them. So probably late 30s at the youngest, more likely 40something.
Oh, I’ll be lusting when I’m 80 too, don’t get me wrong. It’s just that I’ll be more inclined to call the 38-year-old a “young mother” rather than a “MILF.” 
I look at the whole “MILF” concept as sort of a high school thing, and once you become an adult yourself, that ship has pretty much sailed.
It’s just semantics, though, really…
Of course it’s ridiculous. That’s why you don’t hear eighty year old men talking about MILFs. As Wheelz wrote, it’s usually young men who talk about MILFs.
But the idea of a MILF not being age contextual is also ridiculous. Unless you have some fetish, there’s no difference in being attracted to a 38 year old woman who has a kid and a 38 year old woman who doesn’t. Saying one’s a MILF and one isn’t is silly.
You will (give me 50 years). It’s a very recent term. Most people were introduced to it in the first American Pie flick.
There’s a huge difference! You don’t think having kids profoundly affects a woman mentally and physically? Ignoring his comments on girls, I like Louis CK’s standard for a woman(read MILF).
I must be old… I don’t know who half of the people on the OP’s list are.
