I see that now, and I acknowledge my error in overlooking it earlier. I think I was thrown by the first reply, which said in part that this was “just another step on the road of suck you’ve been strolling on for some time.” I guess I assumed Sitnam was familiar with the OP’s history (and thus, that a history actually existed).

Some people think message boards like this one are more anonymous than social media like Facebook, etc. but it’s easier to find things like this than most people think. I sure found that out about 10 years ago, when I Googled a friend’s e-mail address and found a message board where she had posted more than 10,000 times over the years, on a topic I had no idea she was even remotely interested in. I post-dived on her and found some details about a divorce she had gone through several years earlier than neither she nor her ex had shared with me, and while I was :eek: , I did keep in mind that this was only her side of it.
This is one reason why you shouldn’t post an e-mail address on a message board; she had done it there and that’s how I found her. She doesn’t know that I know about this, BTW, and I will never tell her.
Recently, I went back to that board and her post count had increased to 16,000; however, she abruptly stopped posting in 2010, except for a single post in 2012, and last visited that site in 2015.
