I have the SDMB set to automatically remember me, so I never need to log in. Except just now, I did. I have not knowingly or willingly changed anything with my cookies on this end-- Did anything change on yours? Is this happening to anyone else?

Sometimes your browser will shed a cookie if the cookie gets too old, or if the cookie has become corrupted.

It’s a classic symptom of a “man-in-the-middle” attack. Your SDMB experience is now being filtered so that it is properly harmonious with society.

I upgraded Firefox a few weeks ago, and for several days afterwards, I kept on being logged out of various forums. It righted itself after a while. Took about a week.
Hmmm. Just happened to me as well. I’m just lucky I could remember my password. It’s been ages since I’ve used it.
