Will you pronounce your screen name please?

Some people on the boards have easy pronouncable screen names. Like John Mace, Shayna and Rick. But others have names that are a little weird to pronounce in my mind when I read them like Qadgop the Mercotan or ** Eonwe**. For the latter I pronounce it EE-ON-WAY.

I’ll go first if anyone wants to play along on this Tuesday afternoon.

Phlosphr - Floss-Fur.

I notice a lot of people throw the ‘i’ in there or an ‘er’ at the end…but that would be wrong in this context.

Rhymes with “sauce in”.

I’m an easy-un’: REE-sha.

Lee ohwn

Tab-bur

Miss-ee-two-ewe

Seriously? Not “tay-ber”? 'Cause you know it looks like Tay-ber, right? I will make a not to think of you as “Tabbur” from now on.

Kah-DEECH.

My husband invented the name and spelling. My father calls me Kah-DEEN-cha and this is where my husband seems to have gotten it.

What do you want from me. My name is Karen.

PRAV-neek. Roll the “r.”

'Klur-upside down e-kan. Don’t know how to code the upsidedown e thing.

This will be a tough one for me to remember, as there is a town in this province spelled the same but pronounced TAY-bur.

Not much else to add, really. I think my screen name would count as one of the easy ones.

Like this.

What? Like you’d be able to resist the opportunity either. Hmph.

NEED to NO.

The ks are silent.

Ten Goo

Not that it’s that hard…but…y’know.

As such (second song).

Just watch This Island Earth, or MST3K – The Movie.
Or here, in a clip from TIE, at 0.07:
