Abhorent music, at least I can try and ignore that whereas five minutes of fingernails on chalkboard would have me screaming for mercy.

Would you rather be a quadriplegic from a horrible accident or contract a terminal illness and die within 2 weeks of diagnosis? (if I can answer my own, I go with the terminal…)
Tricky. In the event of my becoming a quadriplegic I’d probably go into a severe depression and end up killing myself anyway.* So since I’d die either way… I’d go with the terminal illness. Losing limbs would hurt. A terminal illness migth hurt too, but there’s always morphine.
*I’m not saying life isn’t worth living for quadriplegics. It’s just that I’m prone to severe depression as it is. If I’ve felt like dying with my current life, that kind of thing would probably push me over the edge.
Would you rather go under a major surgical operation, under general anesthesia, with a 30% chance of coming out severely brain damaged, OR undergo the operation fully aware, with no pain management, with 100% certainty of your well being after the procedure?
I’ll take the 30% chance. The no pain management might drive me crazy.

Star Trek. The aliens are better for having sex with, and the threats to the universe don’t get crappy movies all to themselves. (Shut up about the Borg movie - hot Borg Queen/Data action rulz, man!)

All my favorite television series are long cancelled so the cruise by default.

Super Bowl, and I honestly do not know why. Just seems more of a pageant, better people-watching opportunities, maybe.
Would you rather father/give birth to an only child who grows up to be the greatest U.S. president of all time, or four children who grow up to be pretty nice but unremarkable folks?
At first I thought that would be an easy one, I was going to go for the Prez, but then I realized how much bullshit I’d have to sit through and put up with, and the stress of his/her campaign, and god only knows what else while in office.
But then, just having 4 mediocre kids that didn’t do much, that sounds sad and like a LOT of diapers.
