Most didn’t accept the apology. It was half hearted and more of an explanation of why he was being an ass. Most aren’t granted such a priviledge to begin with. I know I was never given such.
Considering his previous posting history and your missing one, I think that this situation is still fair. Unless you can point to better cases of perceived injustice, I much doubt you are right.

As for Blivit… well, who’s to say. I’m not even interested in his previous names, admission to being banned three times is enough for a fourth forced exit.
