That’s what is making it so entertaining. All these mainstream Republicans that spent the last 6 months trying to get anyone but Trump nominated are expected to bellow “The Next President of the United States, DONALD TRUMP !!!” frequently and with great enthusiasm and frankly, its fun to watch. The body language is priceless.
Right now, some yahoos from Alaska are objecting to all their votes going to Trump and Paul Ryan and some other nerd are attempting to bore them into submission by droning on about the rulebook.

This is exactly what I expect on election night. Trumpy Wumpy not even waiting for an introduction, demanding recount, yelling, “I’m the best! You can’t vote for her! Those votes are mine!” Then smashing chairs, knocking over podiums, etc. There is NO chance he’ll quietly bow out.
I’m relieved that this procedural glitch is past. I feared they might descend into fisticuffs and mayhem, requiring police intervention. Who might charge in with truncheons and crack some Republican heads.
That would have been bad. Unless they were yelling “The whole world is watching! The whole world is watching!”. That would still be bad, but it would be awesome.

Hell no and I’ll say the same to the DNC. I have a hard enough time trying to force myself to watch debates. It’s all just cheerleading and chest-puffing and always has been. The fact that the RNC might be 10x worse ( or better depending on what amuses you ) doesn’t make much difference to me. All of them are different in degree, not kind. The LNC and GNC won’t be any better :D.
