For me, eggs are good most ways, but better if the yolks are liquidy. As long as there’s a nice starch like toast, muffins, potatoes, rice, etc. to mix the yolk with.
Benedict, if the Hollandaise is good. Otherwise, sunny side up, so I can sop up the yolk with the toast.
Add scrambled with chorizo, in a burrito, smothered with green chili and shredded cheese.
The poll left off French Toast, as well.
I suppose shakshuka comes under “poached”, but then Benedict and Florentine are listed separately…
I like most eggs, except Florentine (I like spinach, but not like that), quiche and salad. Pickled had to grow on me, until I tried soy-pickled.
Currently I’m lovingsalt-cured egg yolk.
To me, “egg in a basket” are like shirred eggs where the ramekin/muffin tin is lined with bread first. Like this. Add cheese and ham or bacon as desired…
Runny yolks or whites suck. Take those out, and you have everything I voted for. Except egg nog, which I do love. And, oddly, egg drop soup. Both of those fix the texture problem.

Green (and with ham) says dba Fred I am
Or as breakfast today: shakshuka.
Depends on who’s cooking of course.
Oh, I forgot one smartass answer…“fertilized”
No, not balut…
I’ve really grown to like baked eggs.
But love them prepared in all kinds of different ways.
Today’s eggs will be fried hard, as part of a Sunday Morning Quasi-British Fry-Up. Eggs, sausage, beans, chips, tomatoes and mushrooms hot from the grill, all washed down with Hawaiian Screwdrivers.
I love Sunday.
A kid in an Indian (or Native American, if you prefer) tribe was renowned in the region for his memory. One day the Devil visited him and said, “I have a challenge for you. If you take this memory test and succeed, you will be immortal. If you fail, I will claim your soul.”
The kid said, “I’ll take your test.”
The Devil asked, “Do you like eggs?”
The Kid said, “Yes.”
Then the Devil left.
Seventy years later the Devil returned. The kid was now an elder of the tribe. The Devil approached him, raised his hand and said, “How.”
The Indian said, “Fried.”
Eggs are best if they’re never allowed to reach 210° F. So fried is right out.
