A 90 degree day in Texas when there’s no humidity is just about perfect. A 90 degree day in Florida can be miserable.

I voted 77F-86F, with less emphasis on the 77F and more on the 86F.
95 to 104 F.
Anything lower than 80 is freezing.
Agreed. Perfect beach weather.
86 to 95. I prefer it on the hot side. I hate having to layer.
I am amazed by the number of people here who like it so hot! At more than 75 degrees (with typical PA humidity of course) I am sweaty and annoyed even when I am wearing next to nothing. 90 degrees here can almost kill me where I sit, but even 90 degrees in dry heat (which I’ve experienced in Arizona, California etc) is awful in the shade with a cool drink…
I need to move someplace colder and dryer.
86-95
I think it’s actually better for activity when it’s a bit cooler but I love getting over heated, sweating, feeling really “god it’s hot” and then sitting in the shade or air conditioning with a cold drink, alcoholic or otherwise. There’s just something so satisfying about it. Like the previous pain makes the end that much sweeter.
I like the heat. 86-95F sounds good to me.
20-25C - warm enough for t-shirt and jeans, or shorts for playing tennis etc.
But not so hot you sweat everywhere.
23-32 F - Cold enough to energize you and let you know you’re alive, not cold enough to be uncomfortable yet.
I voted 50-59, but that’s for non-jacket-wearing weather. When I want to wear a jacket, it’s 32-41.
Anything above 68 is too warm for me. I get seriously bummed out when I have to put away my long-sleeved shirts for the summer.
Edit: When I read things like this –
– I am incredulous! I’m not calling you a liar, Eleanor, I just can’t believe anyone could…don’t you get hot? ![]()
77-86! Warm people of the world unite!
In winter, my house thermostat is set at 64 most of the time when I am home.
Do 59-68 deg is my choice.
It’s you people who prefer it cold that freak me out. Why aren’t you as miserable as I am when it’s cold out?
Of course I do! I didn’t pick 95-104, did I?
Alternatively, 50-59 or 32-41, don’t you get cold? :dubious: To me, that’s freezing weather (nevermind that its not actually freezing by definition…)
One good thing is winter goes by faster every year you get older, yeah!!
I’m hot stuff and I don’t mind keeping the temperature 65 degrees in the house even in winter. In summer I can be found huddling in front of the upstairs AC at every opportunity. Outdoors, if it stayed 75 degrees tops all year round I would be in heaven.
So very true. Unfortunately it holds true for summer too. Remember when you were a kid and summers lasted forever! Now, I go from “Here Comes The Sun” to “(We’ve Been Having Fun) All Summer Long” in about 3 weeks, it seems!
I like it to be hot while having a cool breeze at the same time.
