I was sort of thinking that, too, except when they finally showed up they looked too “official” to be bad guys. But, it would be very un-24 if Audrey did **not **get kdnapped again at some point in the season.
But it’s very 24-like to keep us guessing as to when bad things like kidnappings will happen, and the way to do that is to not have that happen at every obvious opportunity.

She was in the CTU clinic after the needle incident, and she definitely killed the doctors/nurses in there. I don’t think torture guy was there. I just assumed it was the same guy this season.
