It makes me think that maybe the 25th has been invoked with no announcement until things get under control.
I hope they are all taken away to a jail cell, to await trial.
Is it inexcusable if Trump is not impeached and convicted before his term is up, or barring that, 25th amendmented. There is absolutely no justification at this point for leaving him in place. If we do not have that, we have (again) completely failed as a functioning government and enforcing rule of law, and this sets a precedent - if sending a fucking violent mob on the capitol building doesn’t get you impeached, what fucking would?
I mean, if you’re a republican. Obviously a parking ticket should get you impeached if you’re a democrat.

Exactly correct. Trump has not gone mad. This is exactly who he has been. I don’t get why the denial is so powerful. Even in this thread there’s dozens of people acting like this is just a little bit outside the norm, but ultimately fine because the election results will eventually stand. as if this is just another noisy rally.
