As a resident of North Carolina, I have to say that must have sucked.
Several senators had promised to object (oppose?) the certification of the election.
Does anyone think they will still go there? (I am especially interested in what Senator Loeffler will do.)
He is thrilled. I’m sure he thinks that proposal for an election commission will help him be elected President in 2024.
He still has nearly 14 days to try to ruin the republic. The house could vote articles of impeachment in five minutes and the senate vote for conviction in five more.
