I do not believe that this is possible.

The problem with that (and the beauty of it) is that her message is not really getting out to the MAGA people. They aren’t seeing her on any of their regularly scheduled MAGA media. Their media is too invested in telling people that “antifa” was there, not “patriots” like her. The majority of people seeing her pitiful pleading are laughing at her on her way to prison.
I have a vision of some future Traveller in post-apocalyptic America macheting his way through the swampland of a now-flooded Florida, to find a Brando / Kurtz-like figure who is still revered as a god by a few backward and blood-thirsty hillbillies, squatting alone in a crumbling mansion.

Doesn’t really make a difference who caught what from who. Refusing a request from someone you are forced to share a room with to wear a mask is a dick move and potentially fatal. Sums up the selfishness of the Republican Party perfectly.

I would think it’s highly likely they caught it, but don’t want to be tested. Or if they tested positive, they don’t want to quarantine.
Because they are dangerous, selfish, childish, anti-social, anti-science idiots.
Given that they behave this way more generally, and associate with people who behave in similar ways, there’s a high probability that they have already had it. I don’t think any of the Republicans that aroused ire for going maskless here were elderly, so probably a good chance they had it asymptomatically and don’t know. Or had mild symptoms and either didn’t get tested or didn’t say.
More likely they think that only lefties are afraid of it because it is a disease of Lefties, they don’t want to admit to catching a Lefty disease - and yes I genuinely think they have politicised infection, they really do think like that - making any gesture to prevent the spread of it is a concession to Lfetist politics and leftist infections.
If you wear a mask, then by definition you are a Lefty and not a Trump supporter - hell it must be true because even Trump won’t wear one unless he is forced into doing it by Lefties.
