Today has been slothful. We went out this mornin’ because OYKW wanted to go to Goodwill. Waste of time that was! Then we went to N.O.L.. We got back to da cave and went to the pool for about an hour but we just weren’t into that today. Came inside and took a “nap” 
then we took a nap. 
Dindin was chef sallits.
Now it’s chillin’ and considerin’ beddy bye time in just a little while.
I sold the desk - yay! Now I’m going to hop in the shower. 'Twas a good day!

Went To the bookstore, shopping, out to dinner at a Nommy Mexican place, and then on to my favorite hole in the wall for Kareoke night.
Sure beats the day I had yesterday!
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’ YAWN ‘Tis 75 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 94 and yet again that forty percent chance of rain. It did rain some durin’ the night. I know cause the driveway is wet.
I invitated our Deacon to N.O.L. today. I have a ham bakin’ away in the convection oven. Did I mention I got up at five to do that? Also, I have a squish casserole in the regular oven. We shall also have butterbeans as I happen to know he lurves butterbeans. I made a ‘nanner puddin’ yestiddy for dessert. Plus we shall have thaw and bake rolls. I love those little rolls. YUM! Oh and since I’m doin’ ham, I will make a pineapple casserole to go with it cause that goes so good with ham. I’ll stick that in the oven when the squish is done. Then all I have to do is heat stuff up in the nukealator. Oh and I am ushin’ this mornin’ at church on top of all that. MOG and two other folk from church will be joinin’ us. MOG is bringin’ some N.O.T. sallit because she decided we MUST have it since we’re havin’ ham. She makes good N.O.T. sallit.
Spaz I know some people who would do just what that bear’s doin’ at the dinner table.
Pearl sounds like a fun time.
Now I need more caffiene and need to consider some food type substance for rumbly tummy. I can’t believe the smell of ham cookin’ has not stirred OYKW from slumber but it hasn’t.

Ham and squish casserole done. Pineapple casserole in the oven. Brekkies et. OYKW is arisin’. IT LIVES!
I slept in till almost 8!! :eek: Of course, I was up till 11 last night, so that contributed to my fatigue. Plus it’s a grey, rainy day, which is perfect for remaining abed. It’s supposed to rain all day - we shall see.
**FCD **went to the WaWa and got us large Diet Cokes. I need to do groceries - maybe tomorrow? But for now, I’m having some cheese on toast with my caffeine. Heck of a way to start the day. Shortly, I will go downstairs and put a last coat of yellow paint on my future glazing center. With luck, it’ll get installed next weekend.
Other plans for today include making chickie salad and some navy bean soup. The chickie is leftover from last week’s rotissing, and the soup is because **FCD **asked me to make some. I see chickie salad sammiches for lunch.
If daughter comes over today, I’m going to get her to help me move some of my studio equipment. It’s time to start putting it all together. Some things I can move myself, but others are just too heavy. And big.
Anyway, thus shall my day be. Happy Sunday all!! Do we have a volunteer for tomorrow? Perhaps a n00b who’s never started us off before?? Anyone??
Oh, and I knew right away the bear pic wasn’t **swampy **- not nearly grey and grizzled enough. 
Up, showered, had breakfast, sorted laundry. Waiting for brother to be ready to go deheathenate.
Not sure yet what else the day may hold. Is anyone, really?

**janis **- go for it! You should realize that having an idea isn’t even required. I’m guessing if someone started a MMP with “Ready - GO!” it’d still work fine. Just make sure it says MMP in the title so we know where to meet. Some folks are a little slow on Monday mornings…
We ran to Lowe’s and came out in a shower. The rain has stopped again and the sun is trying to peep thru, but I don’t hold out much hope. House is still open - it hasn’t hit 80 yet, so yay for that.
Back to the basement with me…
Yay! janis will get us started! (And to add onto what Moooommmm said, I’m pretty sure we’ve had a few that were equivalent to “Ready, go!!!” But I think it’s fun to have a theme for at least the first post.
Back from church and a stop at the big fancy grocery for cold-brewed iced tea bags and chocolate-covered raisins. Gonna go find some shoes. Then I’ll work in the garden for a bit. And do laundry in the middle.
We’re having poke chops and broccoli and either mashed NOT or rice pilaf. Yum.

Lazy day today - finally. I don’t have anything I have to do today, though i might make another batch of soap. Old Fashioned Festival cleaned us out of a lot of stuff and I’m playing catch-up.
Brunch today was French toast and a bacon and onion scramble.
Dinner tonight will be Original Joe’s omelete - spinach, mushrooms and onion scrambled with eggs.
It’ll be an egg-ceptional day today.
Done in the basement. The base of my future glazing station is painted yellow with the leftover from daughter’s kitchen. I think there’s enough of the green left to paint the base of my other work table. So while the walls are all neutral, I’ll have some colorful accents.
Supper will be leftover chickie, however I decided to fix it. I got busy and forgot to make the bean soup, so I’ll do that tomorrow. Or Tuesday. Who know - who cares - I’m retired!

It’s been a busy weekend! Tons of errands and doctor appointments on Friday, laundry and dog parkin’ on Saturday. We went out to eat last night. It was yummy! Crabfest at Red Lobster.
Looking at the radar, and at the cloudy skies, it looks like we might get a wee drop of rain here in a minute. W00T!

When everyone left, I loaded the dishwasher and we took a nap. I was tahrd! After nappy poo time, OYKW went to his place to do laundry and stuff. I unloaded the dishwasher. This is the extent of effort I shall put forth for the rest of the day.

Swampy, that’s what I thought… My recipie is very similar, I don’t use quite as much sugar though… LOVE the stuff!!
btw, janc0, some MMP starters are kind enough to put a link in the previous week’s thread for those of us that are really lazy on a Monday . . . just sayin’.
