Happy birthday, Taters! 
It’s another really lovely afternoon here: 78°F and partly sunny, with a mild breeze. The temp is supposed to climb into the mid-80s later, but it it stays just cloudy and breezy enough I might not have to turn the AC back on until tomorrow. 
I took a little break at lunchtime and snipped some peonies to have on my desk. They smell so amazing! My peony bush is a little weighed down, partly from this morning’s rain but partly it’s a little overgrown. Friends who know about gardening suggested snipping some of the blooms, so I did. (Mine don’t have ants; otherwise they would be strictly outdoor flowers!)
Lately I’ve been having some connectivity issues that seem to be specific to my home computer, and I’m about at my wits’ end. I got desperate enough to start a GQ Factual Questions thread this morning. I’m sure there is a solution and eventually I will find it, but when technology suddenly stops working correctly for no apparent reason it makes me get all
