Ummmm…it’s SERGEANT. At least that’s how they spell it in the the US Army.
Very nice OP, Jahdra. I like the smell of fall; the smell of the leaves, the smell of the woodsmoke from woodstoves and fireplaces, and that fresh, kind of crisp smell on a frosty morning.
I’m sending best wishes to Vunderwife and fingers crossed for SCL.
Haze, in that picture, your cat looks just like a cat we used to have named Bo-Bo Kitty. We just called him Bo-Bo. However, he had seven toes on his back paws and six toes on his front paws. He was the biggest love, and the silliest thing to boot.
I spent the weekend doing a lot of nothing as well. Oh, I managed to do some laundry, and ran a couple of errands, but that’s about all I did.
My Dad called me on Saturday to tell me he and my step-mother had returned from Europe. It sounded like he had a very nice trip. The went Belgium and various parts of Germany. They even went to my Oma’s old house in Dollnstein and took a picture of it.
I guess I should think about what we’re having for dinner. Frankly, I’m not all that hungry, but **Mr. Taters ** would be unhappy if didn’t cook some sort of dinner up.
rigs, my daughter turns 18 on January 4th. In most respects, I’m glad to see her grown and delighted with her personality and the person she has become. However, it does make me feel sort of old, and makes me just slightly melancholy because I swear it was just yesterday she was barely toddling around the house and babbling away in her tiny little voice.
Off to forage for chop-chop.
