I opened this thread once I saw it had something like 35 responses, and I wondered how there were so many people interested in accounting for discontinued operations. Although I could do a vanity search with asterisks around my name, it is entirely too much trouble and too much drain on the server, as ‘lel’ happens to be contained in the word ‘solely’.

I did a vanity Search, but only because I’ve been away for nearly a week, and find it’s rude to not respond to someone who asks a question. Otherwise, I don’t do vanity searchs. Nearly all the time someone PMs me when my name is mentioned anywhere, since they know I might be gone on business trips or unable to view the SDMB due to slowdowns.
You bastard. Caught me.

I’ll nominate my lovely wife, herownself, along with Dinsdale, Judith Prietht, and porcupine as among the Chicago Dopers we’re looking forward to seeing in a week and a half (the others who previously responded have already been named). Also, Anamorphic and lissener as fellow movie buffs. And Avalonian as a PNW doper who beat me by several months at being the first to recommend the fabulous pop punk band Visqueen on the SDMB (but hey, number two must count for something). Plus I’ll name Bruce_Daddy, because he is a crazy fucker* and he deserves to have this popping up in his own searches.
Oh, and Cooler of Death, just for good measure. Funniest user origin ever, and then only an occasional appearance. Apparently the evil cooler is the roommate of Doper flybynight, who we might as well try to get to pop in here as well.
