I don’t know if that is good or not. I don’t think it is the best performance, but the music drowns a big part of his mistakes… it just doesn’t sound alright…

I really liked Melinda’s version of Have a nice day. She was far better than I thought she would be. Good job.

Melinda did a better job of adapting her song than LaKisha, IMHO. Melinda tuned the song into her style instead of overhauling it, and that made me enjoy her performance much more. And did I imagine it, or was there a touch of “I ain’t nice” attitude in there? I liked it.
I’m afraid for Jordin. She was second worse tonight. Surely America will see how horrible Chris is. Won’t they?
Oh, she sang it well, I don’t have a problem with that. It’s the interpretation… the way she made it her own… I didn’t like the interpretation she gave the song.
I do believe she has a great voice and all that, but… that song didn’t do it.
