An Unlabored MMP

This morning I got up, took my passport, & went to…
…New Joisey! (seriously, I needed my passport)

It was early enough that I got to see the sun coming up over One World Trade from the NJ Tpk; especially today, 9/12 it was just AWESOME to see that view! It was really, F/U Al Queda, we’re baaacckk!

I thought for sure it would be this.

Their meow mein is excellent.

'Tis time to call it a night. We be sleepified.

Nitey Nite Y’all!

Ruble, Doggio and Spidey My folks are out of town. I am feeding their animals for them while they are gone.

**Doggio **I have tried moving out of state. she keeps finding us. that stout sounds good. I shall have to make do with a Bridgeport IPA.

All y’all speaking doom on kittehs are now on my list!

Home from the typical crazed Saturday afternoon/evening at the thrift store. The customers were exceptionally sane and reasonable, there were just SO MANY of them!!!

Still have a bit of a cough and sinus dumpage going on, but I blame at least part of that on poor local air quality courtesy of a huge wildfire.

Dinner is a “scrounge something up when you feel like it” affair tonight.

Chill. I like cats.

Especially prepared with the right sauce.

Tonight I have added names to my Little List. :dubious:

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis a very pleasant 63 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 80 for the day. We are havin’ a cool down! Also, should be a sunny day.

Today we are deheathenatin’ Luterun style. I am a readin’ kind of Lector for the nine a.m. service. OYKW says he’s goin’. We shall see if’n that holds when I roust him outta bed. Or I could be evile and fry bacon.

OK, that’s all I got for now. I need more caffeine and need to consider what to feed rumbly tummy. Purtification for deheathenization must also commence at some point.

Happy Sunday Y’all!

ETA: First on Six!

Up, caffeinated, off to work. It’s 62 and dark right now. It feel like hockey weather.

Blurf on top of blurfy blurfy, covered with blurfage sauce

About 4:30, Taz came in and started walking on me. **FCD **got up and tossed said feline out of the room. Then I actually slept till nearly 7!!! Even Higgs was quiet!

So the critters have all been fed and I’ve disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled their water fountain. It’s a cool morning with a slight chance of rain - I should be able to get the last of the grass seed down. Tonight, the wasps die!!!

Yesterday, I finished crocheting the edging around the squares - today, I need to decide how to arrange them, then start sewing them together. I don’t think I’ll be able to come up with a symmetrical pattern, since I have 5 different colors in varying counts (2 dark green, 11 light green, 7 light purple, 6 cream, and 4 gray) but I’ll lay them out on the bed and find an arrangement that pleases me. All of the squares have 2 rows of Navy blue around them, then the whole assembled afghan will get 2 more rows all the way around. It will be suitable for a man or a woman, which is my usual goal. I try to avoid doing girly afghans.

We’ll just see how the day develops. I fear a certain amount of football will be involved. rah rah rah :stuck_out_tongue:

Happy Sunday!

I’ll have what she’s having!

Happy Sunday!

It dropped all the way down to 50 last night. I left the fan on so BRRRRRRR! this morning. It makes the dog happy though, he sleeps much better when it’s chilly.
I think it’s time to start pulling out the long sleeves.

Much to do again today, although none of it has to be done now.

I need some breakfast.

Anyway SSDD

Happy Sunday!

It got downright chilly here last night. The AC and fan were off and I actually pulled a blanket and quilt over myself to sleep.

I’ll be having company for Sunday dinner, so I’m fixing zucchini lasagne, a nice salad and warming up a baguette. Watermelon for dessert.

Seeding, feeding, and mulching is done. I’m running the sprinkler just long enough to soak the mulch and set the seeds, since the ground is plenty wet. I’ll need to keep all of it watered thru this next week while I’m home, then we’ll see what it requires after I go back to work. It’s quite cool and overcast out, but I still worked up a sweat. ick.

Fluffy, Morris, …

I read that as “the critter have been fed and disassembled”. You are cranky when you first wake up.
