Welcome home, butters!
I’m fixing to leave for neither Possum Holler or Bear Wallow (ther5ya a camping trip, swampy) but to meet up with a friend and ride to Ozone Falls and Fall Creek Falls. He’s a photographer so there should be some gorgeous pics.
All my bulbs are planted, I spread plant food over all the plantings, and now the oscillating sprinkler is watering everything (or it will when I move it.) I got really sweaty - I’m thinking it’s because of the 99% humidity rather than the temp (68°) and for now, I’m having lemonade and trying to cool down.
We shall see what happens next.

Swampy hurry to the nearest Golden Corral; we went there for brekkie & they had your new favorite food - (chicken) fried bacon!

I’m awake, barely. I finally fell asleep around 6. Of course, Parco came on and as soon as I get interested in something I fall asleep.
Guess I should get up and do something. Or at least go to irk.
The bathrooms and kitchen are clean. I declare da cave officially spiffed. Go Me!
Spidey GC’s chikin fried bacon is da bomb! What? You thought I hadn’t discovered that fact? 
I need to plan my week - as in meals. I won’t have time to come home, thaw, and cook supper so that we can eat at a decent hour (7PM is too late for me, especially since I’ll be going to bed at 9.) So I should decide what we’ll have when and get things thawing ahead of time. I’m seeing at least one poke roast in a crock pot, and some chickie marinating in teriyaki so that it can be popped into the oven as soon as I get home. I know there’s a ham steak in there - I’ve got a great recipe for a ham-n-N.O.T. casserole, and I just picked up some N.O.T.s from an Amish farmer today. So there’s 3 days planned already. Go me!
We just got an offer from the dealer where we bought our car to substantially reduce our car payment! Wow! Since we’re not making a car payment, does that mean they’ll pay us to take a car? Cool!!!

I’ve been trying to find this stuff a cleaning lady I know used. When she cleaned a house she would polish all the stainless steel sinks and faucets with almond oil. It made the stainless resist water spots and the whole house smelled good.
Sweet almond oil is nice for dry skin but has no smell, I think it’s bitter almond oil I want.
It’s been a nice breezy day today.
