Lots of problems today. Zapped. Logged out. 504 errors.
I’ve tested this out. Blocked the domain. Still getting a few problems here and there.
I’ve noticed I’ve had the most problems opening threads that are multiple pages long.
Yeah, I just got hit by 8-9 such freeze errors in a row.
This Board has been almost impossible to use today. Gateway Time-out errors and Server Errors straight from log-in.
Just curious, what is the difference between a 502 Gateway Time-out a 504 Gateway Time-out? I’ve seen both.
Took me four tries just to get to this reply screen, after having a hard time loading the site at all. I agree with Siam Sam, this board has been almost impossible today.
I had considerable trouble posting at 2AM Chicago time last night. It makes me think that traffic congestion is not the problem here.

The error message should be “502 Bad Gateway” error. That means one server sent something malformed to another that it couldn’t grok. The “504 Gateway Timeout” error means that one server got tired of waiting for another.

Yeah lots of timeouts today.
To be fair, it’s getting better. I go about 7-10 days where things are tolerable, followed by 1-2 days where they’re less so. I guess this is the 1-2 day stretch of suckage.
About a dozen timeouts in half an hour.
