I was thinking of that. I do have them all saved - I’d write them in Word, the copy/paste, so I could do that. I may at some point.
God help me, my friends have talked me into going to the MAUL with them to shop.
The company will be good and we’ll have laughs, but mall shopping just isn’t something I consider a whole lot of fun.
Taters, yanno, once upon a time, mall-walking was our cheap entertainment. We’d window-shop, people-watch, get a snack or quick meal in the food court, and generally spend a pleasant few hours out of the house. It was all we could afford with a newborn. Now, I’m like you - I avoid the place. I can’t remember the last time I was actually in one. The closest was when we went to Sears, but we came and went directly from the parking lot entrance.
At least you’re going with the right attitude! 
I just saturated my stinky loveseat recliner with a vinegar solution, then used the wand attachment of the carpet cleaner to extract as much as I could. It’s now sitting in the garage, and if there’s sun tomorrow, I’ll roll it out to air and dry. Taz had peed on it several times and I think it’s now down to smelling like the deodorizing solution I bought. With luck, vinegar and fresh air will take care of that. It’s very comfy, but I hate sitting on it because of the odor. So we shall see…
I didn’t get any gardening done - I just couldn’t get motivated. But 2 loads of laundry are put away, so there’s that. I wasn’t a total slug. 
We’ve been telling Bruce stories with his friends, and discussing all the wonderful food he used to cook, and reading the lovely cards that people have sent. My cousin was a wonderful, crazy, flamboyant man.
He was a hairdresser, an artist and a dog-lover. He made so very many people happy. He leaves a legacy that will live on in everyone’s heart.

Taters like MOOOOOOM I can’t remember the last time I was in the maul except in one of the anchor stores where I can just go into the store and out without enterin’ the maul. The maul is :eek:!!!
I did some laundry. Go Me! OYKW has gone to pick up some MickeyD’s for dindin. We were feelin’ all gourmet tonight.

Today I was planning a lazy day but it didn’t really happen. I cleaned the kitchen then vacuumed the house then steam mopped the tile floors. I then sat for a bit with the ice pack on and ate my lunch and watched some DVR things. Then I got the lasagne sauce made which has simmered for almost 2 hours and is delish! I also have 2 crustless quiches in the oven for suppers this week. I is tahred.

rebo - when it’s my time to go, I hope I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by friends and family. Too many people die alone. I’m glad that your cousin has you all and that you all have great memories to remember him by.

I’ll probably go over the other thread and say it again but our thanks to TPR and her family for being terrific hosts for this. GT and FCM are the sweetest (next to Swampykins of course) and really made Her Ladyship feel at home.
And the park we spotted on the way along 70 turns out to be Adventure Park USA. The coaster is a really cool Zyklon. And this was the last day for rides. Anyone else feel Nors hand in all this?

Just finished my first ever batch of twice baked NOTs. Sweetie says they’re disgusting and that I shouldn’t even try them. But, he doesn’t like to waste money by throwing food away so he’ll be strong and choke them down for me.
So in other words, he wants to inhale them all himself?
That is very selfless of him, shortdrum. I assume you insisted on your right to share in his suffering?

Pretty much. He was making somewhat inappropriate noises while eating them. He ate 3 even though he wasn’t hungry and was feeling unpleasantly full after the first one. I got him to stop by promising there would be 2 in his lunch tomorrow, along with some homemade chicken soup.
Somehow I don’t think they’re going to last long enough to get frozen.
