The challenge wasn’t about branding. It was about creating a viral video. Geraldo’s video was just a regular commercial, there was nothing about it that said “viral.” It was boring. They picked the correct winner.
Why did Trump cut off Kate when she was talking about Lorenzo? I don’t need to hear her talk any more than anyone else does, but that was SO Trump :mad:. “You aren’t giving me the answer I want to hear.” She was actually making a point for once.
Every week I remember a little more how awful he is, and why I would never watch a non-celeb version.
I’ll give you all a dollar* if Jerry Rivers isn’t the winner. The fix was clear from day one.

Why doesn’t anyone ever point at Sig for weakest link? I don’t think we’ve been shown him do a single thing other than move props around.
I was more than a little surprised at Shawn Johnson. I always thought she was really cool, always going around with a big grin, seeming to be fun and up to any task. Instead she tried to fly under the radar, never taking on any substantial role in any task, and she could be quite surly at times, too.
I’ve known a few really top athletes in my time and some (not all) could be like that. Real assholes.
Does anyone know why they’re burning through the episodes so quickly? It seems the season just started and they have already announced there are only 3 weeks left. Is that 3 calendar weeks, or 3 episodes which means 1.5 weeks at the current rate?
People like to eliminate their obvious competition first, so they have a better chance. It’s a “game” after all.
Also, it seems the show is now 90% “the losing project manager is fired.” Yawn.
Gilbert Gottfried, Terrell Owens, and Shawn Johnson were fired and not the project manager.
Keisha Knight Pulliam, Kevin Jonas, Jamie Anderson, and Lorenzo Lamas were fired as P.M.'s.
I’m watching it delayed, so I don’t know what happened, but does Geraldo ever shut up? What was that litany of stuff he wanted on this boat trip? He would drive me crazy.
Geraldo seems to mess up every project with his over the top ideas. He’s a major reason his team has lost three in a row.
I’ve got to give Kate credit. She’s totally reinvented herself on this show. I keep waiting for the bossy, control freak to emerge. I’ve seen her lose it so many times on Jon & Kate Plus 8. Somehow on the Apprentice she’s all sweetness and nice. Even as project manager the control freak never peeks out. Not to mention she looks like a stunning 25 year old blonde now. Quite a transformation in character and appearance.
I felt bad for Sig. These projects were just so foreign to him. The poor guy doesn’t have a clue how to decorate or organize social events. LOL There’s really been nothing for him to do. He’s said that he started fishing summers when he was 14. Fishing and Captaining a boat are literally his only skill sets. He’s also a self-employed businessman but that’s not helping him on Apprentice. It’s surprising he’s lasted this long.
Looking ahead. I see Leeza Gibbons in the final. I’ve noticed she’s not once been called out or blamed for anything in the boardroom. She’s sailing through this season, very quietly playing the game and supporting everybody. But, she never gets involved in the drama. She’ll have to step up at least one more time as project manager. If she can get through that ok, then she’s my pick to win it all.
I think Geraldo or Ian will also make the final. I’m not really that fond of either. Ian is more skilled and at least he’s not a blowhard like Geraldo.
Leeza would be great as a boss, and I can see her getting to the final. Geraldo is a sycophant who knows what Trump likes to hear. So I see him in the final, too.
This show is a perfect example of Producer Interference, while not affecting the ultimate outcome of the show. Miss America should have been fired long ago, but as long as there are others who have no shot at winning to get rid of (Sig, Kate) she’ll be kept around for drama. It’s getting close to the end, so she’s probably on her own now. Johnny Damon and Vivica Fox probably have no shot, so maybe she’s good for one more week.
Just getting to it now and had exactly the same questions. He just won’t stop! He has some awful ideas, which get steamrolled over everyone else. Sexiest catch? Hell no. Saying screw the terrorists? Hell no. I didn’t like him before but now I can’t stand the guy.
He’s still going to win. Trumpy Claus loves him, and as they say, douchebags of a feather…
Both are not among the most pleasant people, but Kenya Moore and Brandi Glanville are both pretty fine looking, although I think I stand alone on Glanville.
This is the first season I have paid attention to.
Hopefully Geraldo Rivera is ousted soon.
Leeza is a great player of this game. And she’s not coming off as a terrible person, which makes her the favorite at this point. Johnny has flown under the radar long enough, now. I think unless someone mishandles a project as poorly as Sig did, he’s the next to go. He just doesn’t bring much value.
I really like Leeza. I know she has been around for years, but I never watched her on anything. She is very professional and classy and I’m rooting for her.
Please, please, please let this be the night Geraldo goes.

Kenya Moore is fired. I hope to never see that lady again. She was so unpleasant all season.

I wonder if a triple elimination was always planned? They have really torn through this season quick. I guess NBC wanted it over fast.
I guess being on a series of winning teams means nothing to Trump. These three won five or six in a row.
I didn’t expect that. I thought Johnny was safe.
