I love this no drama insurance commercial. The mellow homeowner is perfect, and the priceless expression on the elizabethan dude at the end, sort of like “WTF? Where am I?”
I like the Scrubbing Bubbles commercial where the 2 kids are bathing the ugliest dog I’ve ever seen. The mom and dad both audibly gasp, upon opening the door.
I have one question about the Subaru commercial with the guy and his old dog.
He’s obviously getting a bucket list completed. Who is the femal dog at the end? His mom, a ptential mate?
i can barely watch that commercial - but on the list was “vist x-girlfriend”.
The Elvis impersonators for State Farm. Those guys are good.
oh oh oh the 1985 Levi 501 commercial? Forgive me, but what I loved most about that commercial was the Carling Black Label version.
The other Levi commercial I really loved was Live Livi’s from 1972. (Audio only - I haven’t got vision).
Also loved the 1975 Miller Lite commercial (“new easy open can”) It’s been reprised since, so that I’m not sure what was original.

The DirecTV commercials with Rob Lowe were pretty great. The new NFL ones, not so much. Eli Manning has the personality of wallpaper. The Tony Romo one is better, but still, just not the same.
I like the series of BMW backseat-backseat driver ads with the mother in the 3rd row seat.
Yelling “heads-up” and telling the family that when she was growing up on the plains her mom used to yell when she spotted a twister… They were plains people.
Then the son reminding her that she grew up in Queens.
Also like the Sonic ad where the one guys says the peanut butter shake reminds him of his ex-girlfriend because she was nuts. The look on his face while his friend is laughing and saying “she was crazy” is priceless.
On skunk commercials - loved the PBS one where it looked like skunk got into house.
