I also like the classic “Chuck Wagon” dog food commercials from my youth. I always wanted one of those little miniature wagons.

That one fascinated the hell out of me when I was a kid, the way the chuck wagon disappeared into the cupboard.

There’s also a Mitsubishi Outlander commercial with the song “Kids are the future” by The Faction. Love that one kid at the end running to the soccer field, after his mom hands him his mouth guard.

Note: The girl climber they show is a pretty famous rock climber, and that’s her real father in the commercial.

I loved it so much that I looked up the woman who plays Susan and found her on Facebook. I then figured “What the hell?” and sent her a friend request. She accepted.

That was about a year ago now. We’ve since exchanged a few messages. She’s a very nice woman. Very funny too.

I had to put down my 15 year old dachshund last month. God, it’s hard to watch that commercial. My wife can’t watch it at all.

I absolutely love the Brady Bunch Snickers commercial, especially when Steve Buscemi does the “Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!” bit at the end. Classic.

From the Super Bowl a few years ago, I can’t remember what it was for, but there was the one with Naomi Campbell and a group of lizards dancing to Thriller. That was cool.

The Budweiser horses playing football – I love the one where the sheep “streaks” (he’s sheered) the field baawing. Cracks me up every time.
I only saw the new Subaru commercial once recently, with the old dog. It’s so sweet. Basically I’m a sucker for anything with animals.

I love the Strongbow Cider one with Patrick Stewart. It actually made me laugh out loud, and it has been a long time since a commercial did that.
