I’m laughing at Flo’s latest commercial with her Sister Janice and baby nephew. Turns out she gets invited over to talk about insurance only in order to put the baby to sleep.
When I was looking for the ad in order to post it I came across a discussion on Reddit, with some people making comments similar to yours. I was going to mention the inanity of those comments here, but thank you for providing an example.

I’ve also heard that Mr. Hendrix didn’t take up the guitar until he was in his late teens. It’s still a cute commercial.
AT&T Fiber has produced some really funny ones highlighting the tragedies that can befall a person who tries to video chat over a slow internet connection. You might accidentally snub a newborn, or scare the heck out of your own kiddos.

I wonder how many people under 30 have a clue what this commercial parodies? I loved the original movie (1983) and the commercial makes me smile.
This one has been around for awhile. I just saw it again on the Sundance channel. I guess old commercials get recycled every few years.
I hate those commercials. A mother gets offended because her sister’s video image freezes in such a way that it looks like the sister doesn’t like her baby? An obviously pixelated image makes someone look like a monster? It’s perfectly obvious that there’s something wrong with the connection, but people are freaking out over it like they don’t realize what happened.
The complete over-the-top presentation is exactly what makes it funny though! 
I thought this one was pretty funny.
I think the commercials, such as this one, for the Shingrix shingles vaccine are kind of funny, with the “shingles doesn’t care” tagline. Kind of reminds me of the “honey badger don’t care” videos from a few years ago.
Saw a cute one today. For Hertz. Some woman gets Tom Brady to sit there for her as advertising. Maybe someone can add the link. I can’t because phone.
This commercial starring Kathy Bates cracks me up! She does various things to statues to hide, such as give one a wet willie, stab one in the head, and gives another a titty twister! Hilarious!
Allstate has a fresh new crop of commercials starring Dean Winter as Mayhem.
I like Geico’s High Noon commercial. “I thought we was eatin’ beans at 3:30”
There are a whole series of commercials for “Merge Mansion” with Kathy Bates. “Merge Mansion” is one of those little games you play on your smart phone. It’s weird, hiring someone of her stature to advertise a time-killer game like that, but I guess if they’ve got the budget…

one day i did come home from work to water running in the bathroom sink. thankfully the overflow handled it. i don’t know when lager turned the water on… but luckily, as we live in a condo, it did not overflow and go into the floors below. sadly neither koritza or lager want to ride the roomba.
There were some ads a couple years ago with Ryan Reynolds plugging some phone game. It wasn’t Candy Crush but something similar.
Don’t forget John Goodman as an unwashed finger! However, this really belongs in the thread for commercials I do hate.
