I will be having all kinds of exciting tests in the next few weeks including a BONUS colonoscopy (joy) to figure out what’s going on with my gut. Doc thinks maybe Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I am grumpy.
I am now allowed to eat plain food. No fats, fiber or milk products. Also as much gatorade as I can stand. My electrolytes are out of whack. My blood pressure is weirdly low (90/50).

Just saw voicemail on my cell about an hour after I got it. Irk restart date has been moved to 5/15 (Monday). At least they moved the time to 0830 (was going to be 0700, which did not play too nicely with either my owl nature or the transit schedule).

Gotta two day food handling class starting tomorrow and no,we don’t serve food at our location. Just those one size fits all standards. The lead from the Auto shop is going to food handling class. Nonsensical. I can put my certificate with my alcohol taining cert as I will not likely use either. Unless I Volunteer for an event. Nah, not happening. My volunteer days are over.
I knew it was coming, but Sah-son is taking it very hard. Mackie was really his dog, a gift to him from my client who bred Ori-peis.
I’ve been expecting it, and am pretty much cried out.
We wrapped him in his blankie and we’ll take him to the vet in the morning.

Buters congrats on Day 4 of no smoking. I used to work in research into smoking cessation. If you make to Day 14, your odds go wayyyy up. Take it one day at a time and you’ll get there.
Sorry to hear that {{{sari}}}! Losing a long-time companion really cuts to the heart, even when you know it’s coming.
I’ve decided to put off my trip to see my mom. The whole area is forecast to have rain all day Saturday. Just the thought of driving 2+ hours there, the same back, in the rain… nope. Plus I was going to dig up some plants she was going to give me. Nope. So next week.
Meanwhile, I have to get thru 2 more days of work. Guess I should dive in.
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 61 Amurrkin out, clear and dry with a predicted high of 92 and N.O.S. for the day. Summer is descendin’ upon south Jawja it appears. OYKW is on his way to the wilds of west Alabammy. He left half an hour ago. Surprised he left that early due to the fact that he has a looooooooooong drive on a two lane highway that will no doubt have school buses stoppin’ to pick up humanlets all along the way. I shall go over to his place and mow in just a little while. I want to get that done while it’s still coolish out.
