Covering the MMP

{{{Sah-folks}}} Mackie was a Good Dog.

Serena, however, is not a Good Cat. She **scooted **last night. I had to shampoo three stinky streaks out of the carpet at 9:30 at night. Today she will be getting A Bath to clean her nasty butt. I’m about to put diapers on all these cats.

Blurf

{{{Sari and Sah-Son}}} You gave Mackie a good life full of love and you can’t have done better than that.

Butters, I’ve never smokled, but I had family members that quit/tried to quit and like others say, take it one day at aa time. You’re stronger than nicotine.

swampy, if you want to come up to North Ali-bama and do mowage, be my guest… ;):p:cool:

I am not sure how you get a group of 10 and 11 year old girls to listen to you about playing soccer, since they have a lot of important stuff to discuss…only a couple more weeks and I’m done. (truth is, they are a real good bunch and I like them all, but being quite is not something they do well…)

Now need some sustenance and a good bath.

{{{Sari and Sah-Son}}} Losing a beloved family member is never easy.

Same here. It doesn’t matter what, some pets become family and more important to us than some people we share DNA with. It hurts just the same when they pass.

Thanks everyone.

I’m at peace with it, I know he was old and had a pretty good life.
Sah-son is having a much harder time of it. I hurt for him, but there isn’t anything I can do to make it better.

I guess I killed the MMP.

I hate Corelle.
I knocked a jar of baby food off the table and when I heard the crash of breaking glass I thought it was the jar. Nope, it fell on the cat’s corelle water bowl. The jar is fine, the bowl is in sharp shards all over the floor.

There’s a food drive Saturday so the baby food can be donated. All his other food and treats are being packed up to take to my friend’s house for her dog. I took his leftover pills to the vet with me and they will give them to a low income pet owner who has trouble paying for their pet’s meds.

Alien the cat has the entire back yard to use as his litter box.

Big Kitty - I’m sorry your cats are being brats. Must be something going around. Adam has poked me twice with his claws today, wanting attention rather than treats for a change.

Sometime today we have to figure out how to get the globe off the ceiling fan in the kitchen so we can change the light bulb. We also have to send the lawn mower back. I’m planning to go to the armpit next weekend for Mother’s Day and the birthdays. I haven’t looked out front yet, but the back yard needs mowing.

Mowage and grocery shoppin’ have been achieved along with N.O.L. and nappage. All in all not a bad day. OYKW arrived safe and sound in the wilds of west Alabammy. Yay for that. I think I shall go over to the church house tonight for the Evenin’ Prayer and Healin’ Service. Haven’t been to one in a while. Then again I might decide to be a hermit this evenin’. One never knows with me.

There are usually three screws on the metal rim that hold up the globe.

I know, but the kid couldn’t find them. I think a taller ladder might help.
He started unscrewing the globe, that loosened it up but it stayed attached.

I forgot to add
We stopped at Roy Rogers on the way home. It was still early and we had to get breakfast and OMG! was it horrible!

But to make matters worse, the guy at the window said, ‘You two ladies have a nice day’.
Poor Sah-son, second time he has been mistaken for a woman. I know it’s the long curls, nobody ever seems to notice the mustache.

Our Cat food dishes are turned aluminum. Good luck to the cat to break them.

But the back yard is different. Can’t have that!!

Put a 100 watt/equivalent LED in, and you mat never have to change it again. Price has come down on the bulbs recently.

I get mistaken for a man about half the time.

Second the three screws.

Around here, the mustache would be normal, with added unibrow:eek:

Don’t be suprised if Adam is out of sorts, he will be missing Mackie too.

I have made the executive decision to stay in tonight. My sinuses are actin’ up and besides goin’ out would require that I put on goin’ out in public clothin’ and that ain’t happenin’ no way, no how. Sloth ensues.

In my post high school long haired period, a guy called me “Ma’am” at work. I said, “It’s time for a haircut, I can tell.” He said something about a not attractive woman, and I laughed it off.

Full moon tonight. Crazy people get crazier. Just sayin

Meh, don’t take Dogbutt and Spiderbutt seriously. They were probably drinking in the full moon light.

I am not happy. I ordered a record player that plugs into the computer so’s I can put my vinyl on CDs, plus I can listen to the vinyl for the first time in ages. Except the stoopit thing is broken! I ordered it thru BB&B’s web site, so I can just take it back to the store here in town. But I’m still bummed. It got good reviews on the site - I guess I just got a lemon. Dammit.

Supper was poke chops, N.O.T.s-n-onions, and steamed broccoli. Strawberry cake for dessert later.

I won’t be going to Mom’s this weekend. In fact, I’m not sure when I’ll be going. Mostly I planned to go because **FCD **was going to be out of town and it’s Mother’s Day weekend. But with all the rain in the forecast, I just don’t want to do all that driving. So she’ll get a call on Sunday and I’ll veg at home, I guess. Or maybe clean my studio. Something.

I shall sleep with Ben tonight for sure. Stoopid sinuses.

{{{sah-family)))

Go butters!

Another day in paradise.
