That’s all I get now, too. First time I tried, I got the notifications, but no longer.
Unfortunately, that’s Discourse for you. I haven’t yet seen similar complaints on other D-boards, so it could still just be us. (But I doubt it.)
Got this from somebody who would know, and it looks like this issue and the Can’t Jump to Later Reply issue are because of changes to ember.js, so not actually the fault of either the Dope or Discourse.
Hopefully, the D-team is working on it.
As of right now, it’s working.
